Our Company - Laksh HR (www.lakshhr.com) is working with Various FMCG MNC. We are currently looking for a Area Sales Manager-General Trade for them. The basic details are as follows:

Title: Area Sales Manager-General Trade

Reporting structure / Base Location : RSM/Indore

Experience / Age bracket: 2 – 8 yrs/ 26 – 35

Education: MBA from a Tier 1 B-school

Industry Preference: FMCG

The position involve traveling.

Job Description :

- The Area Sales Manager is responsible for the sales performance of the General Trade Channel for the assigned Region / Territory in India. He/she assist the Regional Sales Manager/RLUM in delivering the overall territory sales objectives, supervises, fine-tunes and monitors the execution and takes pro-active initiatives to cease every opportunity to increase the sales in accordance with the companies’ policies and strategies.

- He/she heads and coaches the Sales Team reporting to him/her. It is his/her obligation to form an efficient and effective team that is perfectly cooperating with all internal and external partners. The Area Sales Manager is to discuss and set clear targets for his team members in alignment with the Regional Sales Manager/ RLUM and to track the fulfillment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

1) Candidate must be from Indore/MP

2) Candidate must be B- School

3) Candidate must have 1.6 – 2 yrs relevant experience

4) Candidate should have very good network of Channel-Dealer Distributor

5) Territory Knowledge must.
