- Sales and Distribution Management,

- Accountable for Weekly Sales Monitoring, Monthly Demand estimation, Stock management and Investment

- Tracking and Net realization targets

- Building brand focus in conjunction with operational requirements.

- Ensuring maximum brand visibility and capturing optimum market shares.

- Business planning with Brand SKU-Geographic forecasting

- Tracking competitors activities, analysing them and making proactive & reactive strategy to counter competition

- To ensure proper coverage of assigned area via distributors and frontline sales officers and assistance for ensuring the availability of fresh stock at the distributor as well as retailer’s end.
