Area Sales Manager - FMCG

- Responsibility of achievement of targets assigned in the area

- Reviewing proposals on new outlets, new markets, new distributors for market expansion, better service to target consumer or market growth

- Daily Market visit - understanding market status, competitor activity, scheme activation & designing, key retailer visit, key distributor visit

- Facilitating marketing activations in the market for consumer or channel partners

- Ensuring team work / coordination in between SO, ASE & Distributor

- Coaching and developing the team
