About our Client: Our client is a major FMCG player with a significant presence in the Indian market with a diverse product portfolio. They are a household name in the consumer goods domain. They are currently looking for an Area Sales Manager for one of their major territories based out of Siliguri in Northern Bengal
Job Description - Reporting into the Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving aggressive sales and distribution targets across the assigned geography
- Utilizing trade spends to gain markets share and increase the sales and distribution in the region
- Monitoring and Analysis competitor activities
- Training and Developing sales team to perform better with time
The Successful Candidate:
- You will be in MBA from a top B-School 2011/2012/2013 batch, with experience Sales in the FMCG Industry.
- You should possess strong communication, analytical skills.
- You should be self motivated, ambitious and have the ability to understand and work within the framework of the company strategy.
- You should be target oriented, and pursue your targets aggressively.
