- Identifying business development opportunities in the regions and grow to potential.
- Planning and developing business strategy for the regions and implementing it with team in alignment with the companys vision and core values.
- Translating business strategies into SMART business Goals for self and sales team.
- Providing leadership and strategic direction to both sales team and Sales Force (DBs) and aligning them with broader business plan
- Regularly reviewing the performance vis-vis expected targets with variance analysis and revised projections, if there.
Experience: 2 to 5 years
Qualification: Tier 1 MBA Pass outs (two year full time MBA).
