MBA (preferably from B school) with 2-12 years of experience from an food company.
KRA :
- Handling team of sales people.
- To lead the implementation effort and overall S&D capability.
- Identify and implement S&D initiatives to drive growth of business.
- Work with the SE and guide the supporting executives to develop robust new product launch.
- Plan & Execute the sales strategy as per specified guidelines to ensure implementation effectiveness, Review the same on daily basis.
- Ensure the right communication & utilization of the trade spends strategy.
- Enhance S&D infrastructure quality and development.
- Drive distributor consolidation and distributor management processes.
- Monitor & control distributor ROI, subsidy and incentives budget.
- Conduct team appraisals jointly with the HR.
