- Handling distributor and their team, company sales, promoter and merchandising team in Bangalore west.
- Responsible for distributor annual ROI, tracking and achieving monthly Primary and Secondary sales target.
- Responsible for team performance, 100% route operation, market scheming, team incentives, and product penetration in the market.
- Conducting monthly meeting for setting up sales objectives and designing process to ensure smooth functioning of sales operation.
- Monitoring stock norms, adherence to systems, procedures, hygiene, claims and reporting etc.
