Role Overview:

We are looking for dynamic and results-driven professionals to drive our business strategy in designated areas. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for topline growth, distribution expansion, and strategic execution. You will lead a team of Territory Sales Officers/Executives and collaborate with trade partners to achieve business objectives.


Qualifications & Experience:


Education: Post Graduation in Sales & Marketing (Preferred MBA batches: 2022-2024)


Experience: Prior experience in sales & distribution, managing a territory independently


Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets, drive outlet expansion, and explore new growth opportunities.

- Distribution Network Strengthening: Establish and enhance distribution systems to maximize market reach and effectiveness.

- Supply Chain Coordination: Ensure seamless inventory management and optimize supply chain efficiency for the designated depot.

- Market Penetration & Visibility: Plan and execute sales-driven initiatives to boost visibility, volumes, and brand presence.

- Team Development & Leadership: Coach, mentor, and nurture the sales team to enhance their capabilities and ensure sustained performance.

- Project Management: Drive central thrust areas and key initiatives within the assigned territory.
