About the Role:
As an Area Sales Manager, you'll be responsible for driving primary & secondary sales, expanding market presence, and ensuring seamless distribution of our brands. You'll collaborate with key stakeholders and lead sales initiatives to boost visibility and volume in your assigned territory.
What You'll Be Doing?
- Sales & Distribution Management - Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue & market share.
- Channel & Stakeholder Management - Work closely with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to optimize distribution.
- Market Intelligence - Keep track of sales trends, competitor activities, and emerging consumer demands.
- Performance Tracking - Review sales reports, analyze gaps, and implement corrective actions.
- BTL Activations & Promotions - Execute on-ground marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive sales.

What We're Looking For
Experience Requirements:
- 4-6 years for candidates from Tier 1 Business Schools
- 7-8 years for candidates from Tier 2 Business Schools
- Proven expertise in sales, distribution, and trade activations
- Strong analytical skills & ability to drive ROI-focused decisions
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
