- Distributor Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distributors in the Pune and PCMC region.


- Monitor distributor performance, identify areas for improvement, and provide necessary support and guidance. Negotiate and implement effective sales and incentive programs for distributors. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment and delivery to distributors. Resolve distributor concerns and address any issues that may arise.


- Sales Team Management: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of Sales Officers/ISRs. Set clear sales targets and track individual and team performance. Conduct regular team meetings, provide feedback, and address performance gaps. Oversee the payroll process for the Sales Officer/ISR team.


- Analyze team performance data and identify areas for improvement. Market Penetration: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the Pune and PCMC region. Identify and target key growth opportunities within the region. Ensure strong brand visibility and market penetration through effective marketing activities. Maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and consumer trends in the region.


- Top Outlet Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key top outlets in Pune and PCMC. Ensure consistent and timely delivery of products to top outlets. Monitor sales performance at top outlets and identify opportunities for improvement.


- Team Analysis & Skill Development: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members. Identify training needs and develop training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.


- Collaborate effectively with the marketing team to develop and implement successful marketing campaigns. Provide market insights and feedback to the marketing team. Other Duties as Assigned: Participate in regular sales meetings and company events. Prepare reports and presentations as required.


- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.


- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and distribution within the FMCG industry. Proven experience in managing a team of sales representatives. Strong understanding of the Pune and PCMC market.
