Area Sales Manager
We are hiring for Area Sales Manager for one of our leading FMCG client.
Job Profile:
1. Responsible for delivering overall sales of the branch through implementation of work plan
2. Identification and corrective plan in gap areas and by leveraging opportunities in the branch area
3. Expected to ensure that performance across TSI territories and WSS territories are robust and in line with the plans of the branch
4. Responsible for driving sales through effective scheme implementation with regular review of effectiveness and response to schemes
5. Conducting DRM, SGA and Influencer promotional activities in the branch area
6. Responsible for creating business through Demand generation activities in the branch area
7. Ensure proper physical stock taking, initiating approval request for P&D category stocks and disposal monitoring
8. Responsible for smoothly implementing the People Management process for reportees. This will include timely recruitment, proper induction, identifying training needs and following PPMS timelines.
SPECIFIC CANDIDATE PROFILE (Key competence / attributes needed for the role):
- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Management
- Prior team management experience
- Candidate should be from FMCG, Chemicals, FMCD, Building Materials, Furniture & Fixtures, Glass, Sanitaryware, Consumer Durables, Telecom (Airtel, Vodafone & Jio)
Education: MBA (Premium Institutes)
Team Size: 5-7
Age - Max 32 Years
Flexibility to relocate anywhere in North India
