We are looking for a ASM - Enterprise Business - with a leading mobile network operator in Chandigarh & Ludhiana.

Job Details :

Location : Ludhiana & Chandigarh

Grade : Manager

CTC : Standard Hike on Existing

Reports to : ZBM/VBS Head

Department : Enterprise Business

Function : Sales

Experience : 7+ yrs

Education : Graduate, MBA from premier B SCHOOL preferred

Technical skills : Knowledge of Enterprise Business and strong channel management experience with strong team management exp.

Professional skills : Channel Management and man-management capabilities.

Previous role related experience: A proven track record in meeting revenue and number targets. Strong Team Management Skills . Strong analytical & conceptual skills in numbers/revenue scenario planning. A systemic orientation to implementation of campaigns.

ROLE PURPOSE

1. To manage Corporate / Govt /SME sales and service through Channel Partners .

2. To identify, develop, support service and grow business in listed account sets through voice and data products.

3. - 100% budgeted Circle Target achievement.

Essence

1. Net Ads

To ensure over achievement of Nett add - target for all Enterprise accounts based in M through voice connections ( Hunting accounts)

2. Revenue ( Voice and data)

To achieve Circle budgeted revenue target for listed accounts.

To maintain and grow revenue in listed accounts (Farming Accounts).

3. New Business/Account Management.

Ensure penetration of new products in each account set ( data products).

Grow revenue thr penetration of data products.

4. Process Management

Limit exceptions to sales/service processes requirement to - 10%.

Ensure healthy contribution level in line with Central Enterprise guidelines (subject to definition of nett adds and contribution and periodic reports from central team)

5. SFA

Ensure timely update and adherence to Sales Force application (Comet).

Forecast management through SFA (Comet) tool.

6. Eco Harmony / Safety

To use re-cycled paper/envelopes wherever possible.

To save water wherever possible.

To adhere to company safety norms.

To work towards paperless office.
