Qualification And Experience :
1. Highly driven individuals with 8-10 years of experience in B2C/Channel sales with Auto Ancillary Industries. You should be able to analyze the sales funnel, break it down into problem statements, find solutions and motivate partners and teams to implement them.
2. Strong analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
3. Strength in problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
4. Experience in identifying and establishing dealers and distributors across the territory.
5. Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with strategic and leadership competences.
6. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver on commitments.
