Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets in the assigned area.
- Identify and establish new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Provide product demonstrations, technical support, and guidance to customers.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
- Travel within the designated area to meet clients and prospects, as needed.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- 5-8 years of sales experience in the manufacturing industry, with preference given to candidates from the switchgear or electrical panel sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Open to learning and adapting to new technologies and industry trends.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with the switchgear and electrical panels industry is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
