Job Responsibilities - Sales Management
- Formulating & implementing sales promotion plans in societies and residential areas
- Exposure towards Channel Mgt/ Franchisee Mgt/ ROI Calculation
- Handling exhibitions, undertaking small activities needed in promotional sales
- Payment Collection and controlling bad debts
- Ensuring conversion rates as per norms of call officers
- Developing, Implementing & Reviewing sales promotion plans
- Handle team of front line promoter in societies and residential areas
- Ensure desired productivity level of team members and following company sales process
Team Management
- Recruit, Train and Retain Team Members
- Review Team through morning Meeting / DSRs
- Conduct Field Coaching / Role Plays for team members
- Ensure Team discipline

- Experience in door knocking sales and handling B2C model of sales
