Purpose of the role:

The business coach and Area Sales Manager works very closely with assigned Sales force & Leaders to create, execute, and deliver Top-line Growth and Contribute to bottom-line numbers for the assigned networks/ markets by bringing efficiency and cost controls. To create short term as well as long term growth with consistency and stability.

What will you do?

- You will create, execute and deliver Top line Growth.

- You will build short & long-term goals for the assigned networks

- Bring efficiency and cost consciousness.

- Growth with consistency and stability for the assigned utilities / market.

- You will track reports & analyze data - take relevant actions to reach the Goal.

- Take overall ownership of making Strategies, implementation, execution & results for the assigned networks.

- Create & deliver short term as well as long term growth with consistency and stability.

- Deliver monthly/quarterly/yearly Recruitment, Sales Force and Sales targets for the assigned markets.

- Organize, Promote and Support all client activities and events such as new product launches, seminars, conferences, prospecting activities, incentive trips & communicate timely to the assigned networks/ Markets to keep them motivated.

- Constantly strategize and identify new locations to introduce and penetrate our business.

- Build strong relationships with leaders and put them on a growth track to achieve set goals.

- Develop & support independent leaders through implementation of different training in coordination with business trainers.

- Ensure implementation of the process created for feedback, inputs for markets & leaders.

- Implementation of 100% of targets with regular and quality reviews/feedback with RSM.

- Execute and create excitement among SF for various Competitions/Challenges/Various Launches.

- Promoting and Executing leader led Events & Club for long term and consistent growth.

- Act as an expert, coach, guide and establish leadership growth while enhancing their skills through regular coaching.

- Should Always be in-search for new and innovative ideas.

- Act as a link by sharing best practices, which can improve Sales, Sales Force, Recruitment rate and productivity.

- Actively uphold the code of ethics as laid down in the policy manual & report violation if any for the assigned networks.

- Submit all the reports, updates & data related to contests and launches.

- Strong follow-ups with the assigned networks on recruitment, conference qualifications, different competitions and contests.

Your background and your qualifications:

- MBA from Top B School

- Previous experience from direct sales would be an added advantage

- Interest in trainings and proven record in conducting various trainings of different scales

- Relevant Sales Experience as a people manager.
