- Drive growth of CRE business in assigned zone through Lease Rental Discounting, LAP products and Commercial Construction Finance; Engage with customer and channel partners for acquisition, transaction assessment and deepening of relationships;
- Monitor risk and quality of portfolio to ensure strong business.
- Scan the market in the assigned geographies, to determine the developers / customers to be targeted at the month beginning; Define approach (direct vs. channel partner) to source the business
- Engage with channel partners, developers, customer, etc. to understand customer requirements and ensure stronger building of pipeline and sourcing of business
- Train channel partners the team to build additional pipeline and enhance business sourcing.
