- Experience must in Core Genset Selling in the range of 10 KVA - 500 KVA.
- Direct selling, Institutional Sales and Dealer Channel sales.
- Preparing sales plan for the State/ Area and pursuing the same.
- Co-ordinate and execute sales promotional activity and market communication.
- Drive dealer sales network in the State/ Area.
- Planning monthly schedule and reporting to market head through daily, weekly, monthly performance trackers.
- Create relationship with customers
- Sales against Target
- Annual Target for gensets - 10 - 500 KVA as set by HOD
- Maintain healthy pipeline of enquiries and prospects
- Zero sales outstanding.
- Registration with all major institutions, Government Bodies and buyers
- Dealer Channel Sales Network.
Salary offered - 7-15 LPA
