Profile :
- Managing Channel sales operations and sales administration of the assigned territory -for lighting division thereby maximizing sales revenues & market shares of the various products lines.
- Drive the numeric & weighted distribution infrastructure for market coverage
- Team Management.
- Streamlined the market hygiene, thereby developed the healthy business relationships with Channel Partners
- Focusing on secondary generations & brand building exercise by conducting sales promotion campaigns, dealer-meet, product launch demos, product displays, Electrician meet etc.
- Sales forecasting.
- Formulate strategies for growth & expansion of the region.
