You are responsible for
Coverage and Direct & Indirect distribution
The key deliverables are as follows
- Responsible for both primary and secondary value and volume of sales.
- Responsible for driving sales strategy through their team, setting targets, category penetration and expand dealer network.
- ARD (Authorized Re-distributor) Management - Monitor and control ARD's inventory, market outstanding and ensure healthy ROI
- Ensuring prompt roll-out of trade schemes and commercial hygiene
- Responsible for shop-floor hygiene - Display, Planogram, activations etc.
- ISP (In-Shop Promotor) Management - Training and monitoring of productivity of ISPs
- Competitor Analysis - Up to date information of competitor products, schemes etc. and coming up with recommendations to stay ahead of competition
- Identifying & addressing capability needs of his/her team - both technical and behavioral

- Graduate(Any) + MBA with specialization in sales/marketing is mandatory
