Lead Generation & Prospecting:

- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction sector through networking, cold calling, and other lead generation strategies.

- Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to identify potential clients and project opportunities.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including builders, real estate brokers, and other industry professionals.

- Develop trust and rapport through regular communication, meetings, and participation in networking events.

Client Needs Assessment:

- Understand the specific needs, challenges, and project requirements of potential clients through active listening and effective questioning techniques.

Solution Selling & Proposal Development:

- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and presentations that address client needs and highlight the value proposition of our products/services.

Sales Cycle Management:

- Effectively manage the sales pipeline by prioritizing leads, tracking progress, following up on inquiries, and nurturing relationships throughout the sales cycle.

Market Intelligence:

- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities, develop informed strategies, and stay ahead of the curve.

Qualifications:

- Degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).

- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably within the construction industry.

- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships and manage client expectations.

- Proficient in CRM software and sales tools.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong understanding of the construction industry is a plus
