Area Sales Manager - Channel Sales - FMCG/FMCD/Paints/Sanitaryware/Telecom
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Value and Volume Targets: Ensure Value and volume target achievement with high focus on range Selling including sales and Promotion of new and focussed product categories.
- Distribution Channel: Appointment and management of dealer / distributor network to ensure availability.
- Key Account Management: Relationship management with top dealers / distributors
- Depot Operations & Commercial: Supervise depot operations; inventory planning and control, outstanding management.
- Team Management: Motivate, drive and develop team members to enhance their productivity in line with organizational objectives
- Field Activations: Design and execute field marketing activities around the products with a view to increase adoption and depth including programs to create product awareness and communicate product strength vis-a-vis competition products in the market
- Market Insights: Conduct regular market research and keep track of key competition product, pricing, activities and provide Inputs for scheme design.
Experience: Minimum 5 years of channel sales experience preferably in Paints, building material, FMCG, Telecom. Paint/Sanitaryware/Ceramics/Building Material/ Lighting/Adhesives/
Education: MBA/ Post Graduate in Management from premier institutes batch 2016/17/18 who are working in FMCG/FMCD/Building Material/Telecom sector.
