Job Location: Mumbai
Job Responsibilities:
- Appointment of dealers
- Restructuring of dealer territory
- Monitoring dealers sales
- Identify the training needs of dealer's sales team & provide accordingly by coordination with sales team
- Responsibilities Include Achieving Business Targets, Management of Dealer Network, Monitoring & Improving Customer Service, Control of Receivables
- Tracking & Compiling Data for Monthly Reports on Sales figures, Stocks
- Identifying the areas of improvement
- Ensure good Product Displays & brand visibility
- Initiate Sales & Marketing proposals to the management for the necessary approvals
- Launching of management approved Schemes, Promotions, Price Revisions, new products
- Settlement of dealer claims / issues on time
- Reporting to RSM
