Education: MBA or equivalent higher-level education is preferred. Experience: 4-8 years of proven experience in B2B sales (mandatory). Location: Mumbai. Reports to: City Head. Working Days: 6 days working. (Rotational weekly off). Key Responsibilities: - Actively Approach Targeted B2B Clients: Identify and engage potential business clients through various channels, including telephone, email, social networks, and industry events. - Appoint distributors and dealers and to manage the channel end to end. Lead Generation: Consistently search for new client leads and develop a strong sales pipeline. Client Relationship Management: Manage and nurture relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business and foster long-term partnerships. Revenue Ownership: Take full ownership of revenue numbers from Builder & Developer Sales and drive growth through institutional partnerships. Market Research: Conduct thorough market research, including competitor analysis, to optimize sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to devise and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
