Area Sales Manager
Role Overview :
- As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business development, managing a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs), and maintaining relationships with key clients in the building materials industry.
- Your role will involve working with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to promote and secure the specification of our products.
- You will also handle payment follow-ups, after-sales service, and key account management to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities :
New Business Development :
- Engage with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders to promote and present our products.
- Conduct presentations and negotiations to secure product specifications and project considerations.
Team Management :
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
-Set sales goals, provide guidance, and ensure team performance aligns with company objectives.
Client and Account Management :
- Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts to drive business growth and ensure long-term client satisfaction.
- Address and resolve any product-related complaints or issues to enhance customer retention.
Payment Follow-Up :
- Monitor and follow up on payment collections as per the collection plan to ensure timely receipt of payments.
After-Sales Service :
- Provide exceptional after-sales service to clients, handling product complaints and resolving issues to maintain strong client relationships.
Experience Required :
Industry Experience :
- 3-4 years of experience in the building materials industry, specifically in tiles, granite, sanitary ware, ceramics, marbles, or bathroom fittings.
Sales Experience :
- Demonstrated experience in direct sales (B2C) is essential.
Language Skills :
- Knowledge of Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.

- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
