Area Sales Manager - BFSI

Job Role:

1. Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Area and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics

2. Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CASA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading, Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel

3. Responsible for leading a large Sales Channel comprising of Branch Sales Managers, Team Leaders and Sales Executives and ensuring Recruitment, Training, Retention and

4. Mentoring of Sales teams

Job Requirement:

1. Work Experience: 5-8 years.

2. Should have sales orientation

3. Should be willing to travel

4. Leadership skills.

5. Manage large teams

6. Desired personality traits: High energy levels, Flexibility to timings, Strong Sales Orientation, driven by numbers, Good People Management skills
