Role:
The successful candidate is responsible for the sales of credit cards.
He should develop and manage the point of sales. He should be able to manage the outsourced team of 50-75 members who are reporting to him.
S/He responsible for:
- Executing on cost of execution.
- Operating the direct sales team
- To achieve the account targets.
- Supervise, train and control the direct sales team.
- He will be reporting to Regional Sales Manager - Retail.
- MBA from reputed institutes with 2-4 years of experience in underwriting.
- Dynamic and proactive, with excellent leadership abilities.
- Prior experience in retail sales and outsourced manpower management.
- Should have the people management skills, sales assertion and task planning and execution.
