Key Responsibilities :
- In charge of FMCG Retail Sales business of the company at Mumbai.
- Exploring new business opportunities in various segments and formulating strategies to establish business across channels
- Responsible for training, recruiting and motivating the Field Force people.
- Leading a team of channel partners
- Responsible for aggressive and timely implementation of product launches and rigorous tracking
- Responsible for implementing various marketing activities to increase sale
- Management and nurturing relationships with Stockist- s, Super Stockist's and Sub Stockist- s, Trade Marketing, Finance and Brand Managers
- Working closely with branch executive to ensure proper inventory management
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA ( full Time )
- FMCG working knowledge is a must
- Should have a strong Mumbai work experience of minimum 6 + years
