Role with a leading MNC Manufacturer of Fashion Accessories.

Role in Ernakulam, Kerala

Job Purpose

Ensure and Support Branch Sales Deliverables

Principal Accountabilities:

1. B2C sales

2. Plan and implement the market strategy for the region

3. Manage Sales and distribution for the entire region in an open distribution model

4. Manage secondary sales and demand activations

5. Market intelligence and competition mapping

6. Manage debtors with control on overdue and outstanding

7. Responsible for Branch operations

8. Warehouse Management

9. Financial Control / Commercial function of the branch

10. Managing people - 15 employees, 20 C & FA employees

11. Sales growth in terms of volumes and market share

12. Recruitment of frontline Salesforce

13. Training, development and effective deployment of sales personnel.

Required Skills/Qualification

- BE / B Tech as UG like IITs / NITs / RECs and

- PG in Sales and Marketing (MBA / PGDPM) from Premier B Schools like IIMs, Bajaj, FMS, SP Jain, NMIMs, IMT Ghaziabad, Symbiosis, etc preferred.

- 2 - 3 years of prior relevant work experience

- Current experience to be in B2C environment preferably in FMCG/ Foods/ Paints/ Lubricants
