- 5+ Years in Industrial Sale (Machinery, Capital Equipment, Cutting Tools, Power Tools, CNC Machines, Industrial sales, B@B Sales or any similar) - BE/B.Tech
ROLE : Selling Testing & Calibration Equipment to Automotive / Electrical / Aerospace / EV Industries & Govt R&D sectors. Should have experience in selling machinery, capital equipment, tools, industrial sales or any similar product.
Job Profile:
- The Sales Person must be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users.
- Sales Persons are responsible for actively driving the entire sales process from the technology evaluation stage through meetings/demos and finally getting the order and delivering high-level of customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to meet customers personally, travel extensively and identify all technical issues of assigned accounts to assure complete customer experience and satisfaction through all stages of the sales process.
- Must be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with customers.
Responsibilities include :
- Meeting Sales Targets
- Meet customers and travel all over the assigned region to build relations, help solve customers problems and help them buy Compays products.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Generate Leads and do cold calls if required.
- Make calls, hold technical discussions, give product presentations and demos, present in Seminars
- Ensure that delivery commitments are met.
- Upload data in Sales CRM Software on a regular basis.
- Create Reports on a daily, weekly and monthly for review of progress and performance.
- Perform training and technical support for new and existing pool of customers
- Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in written responses to emails, RFPs, and when submitting reports
Requirements :
- CANDIDATE 5+ years in Industrial Sales
- Should have experience in selling machinery, capital equipment, tools, industrial sales or any similar product.
- Experience in B2B / Direct Sales only (no channel / dealer distributor sales)
- BE or a Graduate Engineer in Instrumentation/Mechanical/Electronics & Communication
- Good Written and Spoken Communication skills, Presentation Skills, Attitude to contribute and grow, Self-motivated
