Need candidates from 4 wheeler Passenger vehicle
1 Responsible to achieve monthly sales objectives in lines with Regional plan. (Volume & Market share)
2 Expand customer base by identifying new customer segment & opportunities.
3 Ensure effective forecasting basis on annual, quarterly and monthly targets.
4 Develop specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
5 Regular performance analysis of dealerships and propose corrective action.
6 Communicate dealerships on company policies and initiatives, implement and adherence of the same.
7 Liaison with financers to ensure timely availability of funds to dealers and retail finance options to customers.
8 Meeting customers to take feedback, understand expectations, resolve complaints if any.
9 Review dealer business performance, recommend improvement actions to dealer team.
10Timely market feedback to HO on competition activities, government regulations and related business aspect.
