The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is primarily responsible for sales growth and market share in his respective area by successfully leading, developing and managing the dealerships within his territory. The ASM would typically be responsible for managing 8-10 dealerships.
Responsibility :
- Sales growth and market share in line with brand targets
- Sales standards and customer satisfaction.
- Marketing insights, analytics, escalation and reporting
Educational background:
- Graduate (pref BE / BTech, but any graduation can be considered) + PG qualification in Sales and Marketing
Work experience:
- Minimum 7 to 10 years experience in Channel /dealer sales. Automobile experience would be preferred
