Area Sales Manager (Alcobev - Off Trade)
- You will be responsible for managing and growing the sales of our luxury wines and spirits in the off-trade sector in the state.
- Your day-to-day tasks will include identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with distributors and retailers, conducting market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets.
- Will be responsible & work closely to drive the distribution team to achieve the budgets in the region.
- Executes specific secondary placement targets for each brand.
- Build excellent relationships with Off-Premises customers at all levels, with a specific focus on gaining opportunities for increased partnership in brand building activities and manages brand promotion budget assigned to the territory.
Qualification And Experience:
1. Proven experience of 3-5 Years and success in sales in the alcoholic beverage industry and Knowledge of wines, spirits, and the beverage industry.
2. Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Ability to analyze market trends and consumer preferences.
5. Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
