Position - Area Sales Manager
Qualification - BE - Mechanical/ Chemical/ Automobile
Work Experience - 4-8 Years (Max 10 Years of Exp. not more than that)
Job Location: Bangalore
Note : Must Have work experience in Automotive, OEM sales, Chemicals, adhesives,industrial chemicals, must have good work exp. in KAM, OEM sales, direct sales.
Job Description :
- Responsible for developing annual budgets for the area in line with the regional objectives
- Responsible for demand generation of all products for the area by conducting technical discussions, demonstration and receiving desired approvals.
- Identify Key Accounts in the area and develop strategies to tap the business. Develop Key account customers for the region and keep a track of sales and outstanding of key accounts. Responsible for maintaining MIS of key customers
- Conduct monthly business reviews with the dealers and quarterly discussion with key accounts.
- Conduct technical seminars with key accounts/OEM which could showcase entire product offerings.
- Coordinate with RSMs, NSMs for regular development activities for his area of work and share relevant insights with them.
- Participate in giving regular inputs to RSMs on product level forecasting and new business development (competitor information)
- Giving feedback to Product Manager / Technical Service Manager on New products launched.
Candidate Profile:
- BE /Mechanical/ Chemical/ Automobile with Minimum 4-8 yrs of sales experience.
- Must have technical knowledge about adhesive used in Automotive/ Electronic Industry and must be able to conduct technical seminars.
- Must have experience of dealer management and OEM
- Strong Communication & Negotiation skills and with an approach of leading. Should have good Networking and presentation skills .
