Key Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, contractors, and builders.
- Presentations & Specifications: Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to decision-makers, aiming to secure product specifications and project considerations.
- Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve sales targets.
Team Management:
- Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of Business Development Executives (BDEs) to drive performance and achieve sales objectives.
- Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and support to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Performance Monitoring: Set clear goals, monitor performance, and conduct regular reviews to ensure team alignment with organizational targets.
Payment Follow-Up:
- Collection Plan: Implement and manage the collection plan to ensure timely and accurate collection of payments.
- Issue Resolution: Address any payment-related issues or discrepancies promptly to maintain positive client relationships.
After-Sales Service:
- Product Complaints: Handle and resolve product complaints or issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Client Support: Provide exceptional post-sales support to address client needs and concerns, fostering long-term relationships.
Key Account Management:
- Account Development: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to maximize sales opportunities and ensure their ongoing satisfaction.
- Account Strategy: Implement account strategies to drive growth and retain key clients.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in direct sales (B2C), with a proven track record in business development and client management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Advanced qualifications or certifications in sales or management are a plus.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Arabic is preferred.
