The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship managers effectively manage their portfolios thereby ensuring value deepening through existing customers, cross- sell and portfolio growth by acquisition of new to bank customers

- The incumbent is responsible to ensure the team of relationship mangers meet their goal sheet targets as assigned

- The incumbent is responsible to ensure that the relationship managers provide world class customer service to their portfolio customers and ensure all processes are followed as laid down within the bank s audit and compliance framework

- Ensures the RMs capture and maximize business opportunity through detailed client profiling as per organizational process Core.

- RM performance across Goal sheet targets are met across all bank products, including New to Bank customer acquisitions, Liabilities, Investments, Insurance, Trade FOREX and Assets.

- Complete requirements for Investments AMFI, IRDA for RMs along with HCM and Compliance.

- Work with HCM to ensure recruitment of RMs
