We have an Opening for Area Sales Head- Institutional Sales, Mumbai (Entire West)
1) Area to be Managed: Entire West
Headquarter: Mumbai (Regional Office)
2) Business Channel Partners: Hospitals, Nursing homes and Pharmacies
3) Education/Qualification: MBA
4) Roles and Responsibilities:
- Incumbent will be managing a team of 8-9 Institutional Sales Officers placed across the above mentioned areas. He will be required to foster alliance with the stakeholders at hospitals/Nursing homes for the placement and promotion of the products in their premises. He also will be responsible for relationship management with the Distributors and the channel partners to ensure smooth transition of the products to the point of sales.
- He will be responsible to drive promotional schemes/events to increase the brand value and market share of our products. She should be able to gauge competitors move and trends and formulate her counter business strategies.

6) Technical Skills:
- Microsoft Office
7) Experience:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales with 2 years of experience as Manager. Candidate should have an extensive experience in Pharma sales especially in Gynaec and Pediatric division.
- A combined experience of pharma and FMCG will be an advantage.
