Key Responsibilities :
- Should have experience into General Trade.
- Should be from FMCG sector.
- Should have handled Surat location as an ASM.
- Will be required to Liason with the distributors in the territory
- Lead and develop a team of onroll Sales Officers
- Primary and secondary sales deliverables
- MBA will be preferred.
- Competitor Analysis
- Market evaluation
- Maintaining and increasing sales of company's products
- Reaching the targets and goals set for the area
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding the customer base
- Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market
- Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
