- A Female candidate, with a Post Grad. in Management from IIM's / XL / SP Jain / FMS with 1-3 years of work experience in Sales / Marketing in a Large Consumer Goods / Personal Care industry is mandatory.

- The Area Sales & Customer Manager is responsible for the General Trade growth in a specific geography. She manages customer infrastructure by ensuring distributors are in place and running efficiently.
