We have requirement for Area-Mgr/Regional-Mgr for Northern India

Responsibilities:

- Handling the transaction Advisory Team for Northern Region

- Corporate Leasing-Commercial and Retail

- Sales-Commercial,Retail and Residential

Relocation / Consolidation of Corporate Offices:

- Understand RE portfolio optimization objectives; Identify suitable relocation / consolidation options.
Space Optimization:

- Understand current & future head count of the organization; Determine office type wise usage i.e. IT/ITES, Commercial, Industrial etc.

Occupancy Strategy:

- Understanding management objectives; Identify viable occupancy options – Short / Long-term Lease;
Develop Financial analysis – Quantitative & Qualitative Analysis; Finalize the occupancy strategy.

Location Strategy – Entry / Expansion:

- Understand expansion objectives; identify a suitable basket of locations; Draw-out parameters influencing the location decision i.e. qualitative & quantitative; Finalize the location recommendation.

Lease renegotiations / restructuring & Negotiation Strategies:

- Lease structuring along with handling the negotiation sensitivities and closing the transactions.

Due-diligence co-ordination

- Handling end-to-end transactions including due-diligence coordination.

CTC: 15 to 20 Lacs PA
