Designation: Area Operations Manager
Experience: 2-5 Years
Reporting: State Head
Location: Mumbai/Pune
CTC: INR 7 Lac+
Job Duties:
1.Drive Profitability of every single store:
Ability to understand competition from Price, location, customer perspective.
Ability to understand store level cost/profit structure.
Continuous improvement on store performance.
2.Retain and Develop Talent at store:
Retention of Key People
Develop and improve store performance through people.
- Stake holder management:
Ability to network with other departments.
Ability to present and discuss new ideas
Executive presence.
3.Competency required:
1. Entrepreneurial Thinking: Thinking Out of Box, Ability to Take Calculated Risks
2. Commercial Acumen: Understand P&L Components
3. Analytical Acumen: Able to create SWOT for Individual Stores, Value Creation for Mobile Retail Business
4. People Management: Ability to Identify Skills required for the job, Ability to identify Development areas
5. Communication: Ability to demonstrate clear articulation of ideas
4. INTERACTIONS
A. Internal Interactions: Various functions like HR, Training, SCM
B. External Interactions: Brands and promoters
5. SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
A. Educational Qualifications & Certification: MBA post graduate preferred with specialization in Sales & Marketing
B. Total Years of Experience & Others: Minimum 2-5 years exp
