Area Operations Manager
Responsibilities :
- Devising sourcing strategies, designing rider training modules and retention strategies.
- Provide individual coaching sessions when required, address employee grievances and ensure safety and quality standards.
- Monitor service levels and point of contact for complex problems.
- Plan and implement supply penetration locality-wise, set-up order placement mechanism, prepare revenue model (Commission based Model/ fixed package model).
- Ability to sustain in an environment full of field challenges
- Study logistics model running currently in market (3PL/Self/Manpower)
- Study competitor's strategy by evaluating customer acquisition & retention offerings, most effective marketing channel activation
- Study demand hubs, value for proposition effectiveness, demand supply area mapping
- Prepare and implement hiring plan based on market potential and scope of business development
- Placement of resources based on virtual locality allocation
- Conducting training session on orientation about the business and respective functioning of verticals
- Conducting Off-site and On-site survey to prepare Priority Restaurant List based on Demand potential out of the supply as well as supply profile.
- Allocating localities to the zonal/area managers and they further
- To track daily/weekly target of supply on-board and monitor supply penetration locality/zone wise
Requirements :
- MBA in Sales/Marketing/Operations or in any relevant domain from top-tier management school
- At least 1 previous internships in an early stage startup or Fortune 500 company
- Working experience with MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel).
- Proven ability to work in extremely fast paced and aggressive projects with high collaboration and leadership
- Willingness to put in extra time and efforts on a daily basis and stamina to be on the toes day and night with dedication.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, judgment and decision making skills, ability to work under continual deadline pressure
- Be a problem solver at heart, willing to take up any task with a genuine interest in learning by doing
- Confident and dynamic working persona, which can bring fun to the team, and sense of humor, is a plus
