1. Synergize with Brokers & acquire or renew accounts who generate profit each year

2. Coordinate with large accounts and close deals directly

3. Retain and grow the existing accounts

4. Ensure 100% prompt client servicing on Claims, Endorsements & any other client updates

5. Ensure 100% Compliant Business in high competitive space

6. 'High Speed to Market' on Tenders/ RFPs being designed in line with organization's strengths

7. Provide feedback on market trends & Competition intelligence to internal stakeholders
