Job Description:
- Responsible for 100% Achievement of Annual revenue Target (Reagent and Equipment)
- Payment Collection against Billing 100% of the invoice value as per credit policy.
- Achievement of new Reagent Rental Placement as per defined commercial norms and outright sales of assigned diagnostic equipment's as per the Target.
- Inventory Management at Reagent Rental / Part Reagent Rental accounts and at Distributor Level.
- Ensure Committed Monthly Yield from all Reagent Rental & Part Reagent Rental Accounts.
- Creation of Large accounts.
- Ensure growth in Assigned territory by minimum 30% over last year AMS.
- Extensive travelling (at least 50%) in the assigned territory.
- Meeting designated labs for promotion of products, arranging demonstrations, negotiating and closing orders as commercial norms of the company and timely payment realization on monthly basis.
- Execution of Sales Strategy.
Skills :
- Person should have experience of working as state manager in the respective states for atleast 3+ years with total sales experience of 8-10 Years.
- Aged around 32 Years.
- Must be from In-Vitro Diagnostic domain.
- Experience in selling automated analysers to In-vitro diagnostics Labs/ Hospitals,
- Exposure in clinical chemistry automated analysers is must.
- Experience in Immunoassay products and haematology analysers will be an added advantage.
- Access to large accounts i.e. Large Pathology Labs.
- Key account creation and management function is must.
- Fluent in English & Willing to travel 50% time of the month.
