Key Result Areas
- Monitoring the day to day engagement and important dealings with franchisees by supporting and servicing them.
- To analyze the high potential business areas, build strong networking with local businessmen and existing Franchisees, assess competitive offerings by various Brokers in the region.
- To drive strong and differentiated value proposition for Franchisee acquisition backed by high quality research outputs, product exhaustiveness and service support for acquiring new franchisees.
- To recommend broking commission and product structures for new Franchisee and take necessary exception approvals for acquiring high potential franchisees.
- To extensively engage with the Franchisees for developing their confidence, capabilities and showing them customer base and revenue expansion strategies for achieving a strong business traction from that segment.
- To participate and conduct various local area programmers and sponsorships to attract community-based franchisees, master franchisees etc for stronger business traction.
- To recommend alliances with ancillary channels for financial services and other strong customer connected franchisees and showcase the merits of the Broking and 3rd party financial services business.
- To ensure and follow up for achieving quicker TATs for each phase of activation of the franchisees, registration with exchange and documentation completion.

Online Focus
- Ensure Transitioning existing & new clients of the business partners to Mobile/Web/Exe platform so as to help partner reduce cost and increase revenue by acquiring new clients
- Ensure online growth in the online revenue (exe, web & mobile) of business partners as per target.
- To ensure regular training of the business partners on our online trading platform.
Temp funding
- To ensure building temp funding book of the zone as per target numbers.
- Driving business partners for acquiring large leverage (funding) clients & helps to improve zone's profitability with high interest income.
- High TF also helps the BP with stable Cash equity volume which gives more delivery-based revenue.
Cross Sell of Clients's products
- To motivate the BP to Cross Sell Client's products as a one stop solution to all the customer needs and help them to retain their customer & enhance their earnings.
- Cross sell also helps to generate additional source of revenue.
- To ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources
- Mentoring & guiding Team Members (RH, Cluster Managers and CSEs) on a day to day basis in order to ensure Franchisee Acquisition and Management
- Tracking of Team members on daily basis and ensuring achievement of Targets by Team Members.
