Role Objective: To develop, nurture, and grow Agency sales business. Manage 3 Branches, 50% of Mumbai Agency Business, Team Leading, All Retail Lob

Role & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for growing the Agency network for business.

- Training, motivating and developing team members.

- Monitor the recruitment and management of the agency channel of team members.

- Ensuring team members are motivated and building a long-term connection between the agents and the company.

Ideal Applicants:

- Work experience in Insurance in agency verticals.

- Proven Sales track.

- Good market knowledge and connections.
