Area Manager - Sales - FMCG

Area Manager- FMCG Sales- (2- 5 years)- Patna

Our client is hiring for an Area Sales Manager position with at least 2+ years of experience in FMCG sales and has handled General Trade & Modern Trade for Personal Care/Skincare/Haircare/Cosmetics categories.

Responsibilities:

1. Achieving Primary and secondary target of the area.

2. Planning and Forecasting Monthly sales.

3. Channel Management.

4. Cost Management.

5. Forecasting monthly Business.

7. Competition tracking & making proactive plans to counter the new entrants.

8. Allocating manpower in different areas depending upon the individual capabilities.

9. Mentoring, motivating and guiding team members ensuring sales-business generation and achieving budgeted figures.

10. Training subordinates to develop requisite skills; conducting training on products, selling skills, lead prospecting and closing skills

Requirements :

1. Any graduate/PG with master's degree in Sales/Marketing preferred.

2. 2+ years of experience within a large Indian or multinational organization preferably within the FMCG industry with a major focus on Rural Channel, General Trade & Modern Trade

3. Possess Strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities

4. Should be well-versed with the local geography.

5. Possess exceptional relationship management skills & interpersonal skills

6. Good team handling skills

7. Multi-linguistic & an effective communicator
