Area Manager - Bangalore - Leading Financial Services (Only Bangalore Candidates)
- To manage a team of Cluster Heads, Territory Managers and Front Sales. Drive client acquisition target primarily through the sales of equity based investment products through Channel partners
- Undertake strategic planning on achieving sales targets for the region.
- Develop sales targets for the cluster/region.
- Ensure monitoring and analysis of performance.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets for the region.
- Manage & enhance relationship with the partner bank.
- Ensure company provides superior sales experience to its customers in the region.
- Develop the recruitment and training plan for the region's team in line with the overall recruitment & training plan as well as ensure timely recruitment and training of the team as per the plan.
- Take responsibility for development of regional managers and planning for succession; acting as a mentor and coach and taking follow up action to ensure employee satisfaction and motivation.
