Area Manager - NMIMS NCDOE
Job Purpose
This position is a mix of tactical role that is responsible for revenue from assigned area. This role involves a high degree of outreach and relationship building that will be utilized to create revenue-generating opportunities. This position will work closely with Regional manager & Zonal Head & responsible for developing assigned area to grow and maximize new business, grow revenue & profitability of the region.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Revenue Management- Drive revenue targets for assigned geographies.
- Create strategies to meet sales and revenue goals for the allocated Learning Centers
- Work with the TM's to coordinate with partners to create and ensure the execution of business plans to meet sales goals.
-Drive AEPs for new business/student acquisition
- Evaluate & identify both struggling and successful sales partners and explore ways to improve on sales metrics
- Drive re-registration of students and fee collection
Channel Management & Business Development- Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities.
- Engage, manage and drive AEP owners
- Aid AEP's in engaging with corporates for Business Development
- Building brand awareness in the assigned geographical area.
Requirements- Education & work experience- Preferred to have Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
- Proven experience of 10 to 12 years of work experience in sales and channel management, preferably from Education/ Training, BFSI, Real estate, Telecom, Retail or consumer goods & services, new age industries
- Exposure to Distance/Online Education sector will be added advantage.
