We are urgently looking for a Area Manager / Regional Manager Sales for one of our clients based in Mehsana (70 kms from Ahmedabad) Our client is a European MNC into Road Construction Equipment with a global revenue of over 1 Billion Euros and with Indian revenue exceeding 650 crore rupees and growing rapidly to become the largest Construction equipment company in India. The position would report to the Regional Director Sales and would be responsible for the following: Responsibility - - Preparation &amp; finalization of Sales &amp; Expense Budgets, additional manpower for M.P., Vidharbha &amp; Chattisgarh location. - Achievement of the Sales Budget- equipment, spare parts, Retrofit and Service Income - Keep track of projects awarded in the region. - Direct monitoring of key accounts - Liaison with Directorate General of Border Roads, NHAI, MoRTH - Improving on the market share - market intelligence - Ensuring prompt after sales service - Inventory Control of spare parts at all locations. - Monthly reports, rolling plan - Ensure high utilization of service manpower - Accounts receivable / C Forms - Keeping the expenses in line with Budget - Payment of local taxes - Compliance with the laws of the land Requirements of the jobholder - Work Experience: 15 - 20 yrs. - Qualification: B.Tech / MBA ( Marketing ) - Analyzing data and decision making - Attention to detail - Good understanding of Market - Understanding of business requirements and developing appropriate recommendations to the leadership - Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to lead teams - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to achieve objectives within the time scale
